This restaurant has a good location and the food is good and atmosphere is great, however the service from wait staff would make you not return, I love this restaurant but it always starts bad. To management here are a few of my problems 1. Wait staff not being focus and alert to arriving guests, positioning of one self is the key to solving this problem, otherwise guest if you see the staff is taking long get up and ask for your menu. 2. Selling that second or third drink is good for business. These are just a few thoughts for now I work in the industry and I give good service so I expect to have when I go out
